  We have had our kids their for one year. In the beginning it was great till they brought on a director/asst director that are very rude and un professional. On many occasions they have ignored our concerns, we have seen unsanitary conditions which they said was a one time thing. It's sad because we like the kids teachers, but you can find good teachers else where it's the management that matters. When the leadership here is unprofessional and uncaring that can trickle down to the other staff. Furthermore, I've heard them bad mouthing staff and parents as I've come in to pick up my kids. I've brought up concerns, but not I've just decided to take my business else where. It's really unfortunate! I'm not sure where they found these people to manage but they have no people skills, very very rude, and no customer servicer regiment. Tara and Heather's negative attitude will cost Minnieland more customers. In fact I'm the only one to leave based on their management.
